“Deworming our Children, is it necessary? What are the procedures to deworm?

What is Deworming? Deworming, which is also referred to as drenching, is the process of getting rid of intestinal parasites like worms. The most common ways to contract worms is by eating contaminated food and drinking contaminated water.

Recognising signs of worm in children and adults

-Itching of tummy constantly

-Look for any rashes on the body; the rash will most likely show up as red bumps that might itch.

-Pay attention to any pain you feel in your abdomen or complaints of tummy pain from children

-Look for signs of blood in the stool; it could be caused by worms

-You may experience abdominal discomfort or itching around the anus.
To Deworm with medications

Talk to your doctor/Pharmacist about getting a prescription and follow his or her specific instructions regarding how to take this medication.  Be careful of self-medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How often should you deworm?

Yes, kids get worms more frequently as their resistance and immunity is lower so every 6 months

Deworming with Verified Natural Remedies? If you are not a fan of drugs like me then you can opt for these methods.

-You can eat the seeds of papaya whole or dry them and make them into a powder that you can eat with yogurt and honey

-Up your intake of pineapple.
