Do you know stress is on the rise for women as they struggle to find balance

It's a known fact that women are more stressed than men
According to New York Times, women do more unpaid work than men. Oh the domestic duties and career. This all leads to unavoidable stress.

An acute stress that is not properly manage can lead to these health effects in women. Some of which includes;
-Hair loss
-Poor digestion
-Depression
-Irregular period
-Reduced sex drive
-Acute Breakout
-Weight gain
-Insomnia

You need to manage stress in your own way.
Find what works for you and stick to it. What I do is;
-priorities what I need to do and what can be put away
-ask for help as often as I can, my sister don't try to do it all you are not a machine
-eat healthy!
-find time to spend time with loved ones
- tell myself I cannot come and die! and sleep when am overwhelmed

You only live once, live healthy!
