That time of the month can be a lot of work especially when you have to deal with cramps, manage your moods and still become a detective for watching out for period stains?
-Wear pads correctly, if its not fixed correctly then there will be leaks
-make sure you get pads suited for your period, if you have heavy periods get pads that are long and have wings
-wear thicker under wears
-some ladies like to stick a pantyliner where there normal pads end for extra coverage
-I personally like to hold extra pads and a change of skirt or dress when am on my period
-Wear clothes of darker colours, stains are harder to detect with darker colours
-Go to the bathroom more often, that way you will know when it's time to change
- always make sure you hold a scarf or sweater to tie around your waist in case of leaks
Finally be proud of your body, know that this is what all women have to deal with and you are definitely not alone in this
